I started Commit Fitness to help those who are ready to break free from the noise, those who are tired of being overwhelmed by the confusion of cookie-cutter programs and vague meal plans. Commit Fitness Coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to make a real commitment to their goals, to develop discipline, and to build lasting habits. It’s for those who want to build more than just a nice body – it’s for those who want to learn the skills of commitment, health maintenance, and self-empowerment.

Unlike many coaches who offer generic solutions, I pride myself on accountability. At Commit Fitness Coaching, there are no empty promises. I provide custom nutrition plans with step-by-step guides, cooking videos, and ingredient lists tailored specifically for you. My job is to keep you accountable to your commitment. I’ll ensure you honor the deal you make with yourself and support you every step of the way. You won’t be left with an impersonal program and an automated email – I’ll be there guiding you, adjusting to your needs, and helping you take control of your lifestyle.
My Coaching Philosophy
My philosophy is simple: effort, commitment, and trust. I believe in positivity, not perfection. There’s no such thing as failing – there’s only learning. I don’t expect you to be perfect, but I do expect you to give your best effort and trust the process. Whether you're a beginner or have been training for years, I’m adaptable. I’ll adjust my approach to fit your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.
My Journey
When I first started in fitness, I weighed 150 lbs at 5’10”, struggling to gain weight and often without the funds to get the right nutrition. I learned the hard way how to fuel my body and how to overcome those challenges – not through excuses, but through making a real commitment to myself. From there, I went from 150 lbs to 170 lbs, then cut back to 150 lbs for a bodybuilding show, and now I’m at 190 lbs. This journey taught me the importance of consistency, discipline, and having a coach who believes in you. I now pass on the same lessons to my clients, showing them that with the right mindset and commitment, anything is possible.
What I Want For You
I want you to walk away from each day with a small win. Whether it's nailing a workout, preparing a healthy meal, or simply gaining more confidence, I want you to feel empowered to take control of your lifestyle. My goal is to help you build the skills necessary to create your own meal plans, design your workouts, and most importantly – continue exploring fitness and health. This isn’t just about working with me for a few months – it’s about building habits that will last a lifetime.
Looking Ahead
My vision for the future of Commit Fitness Coaching goes beyond just one-on-one coaching. I plan to open a gym that focuses on high-quality personal training, where every trainer is committed to helping clients achieve their best selves. Additionally, I want to make fitness more accessible to everyone by offering free seminars, food fairs, and farmers markets to provide the education and resources necessary for a healthier, more active life. The next step in this journey is building a community – a blog where people can connect, learn, and support each other in their fitness goals. A place where we can all be committed to a better life.
