The Commit Lifestyle Coaching Program is designed for individuals aged 20-65 who are ready to take control of their health, physique, and overall lifestyle. This program combines holistic, science-backed approaches to nutrition, exercise, and supplementation to help you achieve lasting results. There are two tailored options: the No Excuses Program, ideal for beginners, and the Committed Lifestyle Program, designed for those with prior experience in the gym. Committed Lifestyle Program Benefits:

Committed Lifestyle Program: Online Coaching & Accountability

- 20 min Initial Onboarding Call Scheduled Upon Sign Up

- Personal Check-ins: (1) 15min check-in 1x/weekly (via in app messaging).

- Exercise Comprehension & Video Checks

- Consistent In-app communication

- Personalized Plans: Customized training programs and nutrition plans tailored to individual goals. Macros & Meal Plan included (custom recipes if applicable)

- Accountability Tracking: Posting pictures of food

Goal Options:

Option 1: $550/ 8 weeks

Option 2: $800/ 12 weeks

Option 3: $1000/16 weeks

Option 4 (monthly): $325 first month then $250 after (with 2 month minimum commitment)

No Excuses Program Benefits:

- 3 or 6 months of pure COMMITMENT

- Initial Onboarding Call Scheduled Upon Sign Up

- Personal Check-ins: (2) 15min check-ins per week (via Google Meets, voice, or video).

- Virtual Guided Personal Training Session: (2) 1-1.5hr call 1x/weekly (via Google Meets or FaceTime)

- Weekly Education: Jump on a 30min call 1x per week to break down your program in depth so you can become the expert of your body!

- 24/7 Direct Access: Clients will be given Blake's personal phone number and can text or call outside of the app for round the clock guidance.

- Personalized Plans: Customized workouts and nutrition plans tailored to individual goals. Includes Macros breakdown & Custom recipes 7x/weekly.

- Educational Content: Become an expert of your body with the In-depth video modules

- Habit Tracking & Accountability: Consistent monitoring of daily habits (sleep, hydration, etc.). Includes MyFitness Pal & Apple Watch Connections

Goal Options:

Option 1: $30/day for 90 Days

Option 2: $20/day for 180 Days

Bodybuilding Coaching:

This coaching offer is meant for new or first-time competitors in the Mens Physique or Classic Physique bodybuilding divisions. This coaching program is not meant for high-level competitors nor is it meant for individuals currently running large amounts of aas.

Bodybuilding Program Benefits:

- 20 min Initial Onboarding Call Scheduled Upon Sign Up

- Virtual Guided Personal Training Session: (1) 1-1.5hr call 1x/weekly (via Google Meets or FaceTime)

- Personal Check-ins: (1) 15min check-in 1x/weekly (via in app messaging).

- Weekly Posing Practice: 30min 1x weekly

- Exercise Comprehension & Video Checks

- 24/7 Direct Access: Clients will be given Blake's personal phone number and can text or call outside of the app for round the clock guidance

- Personalized Plans: Customized workouts and nutrition plans tailored to individual goals. Includes Macros breakdown & Custom recipes when applicable and acceptable

Individual Posing & Phone Consultations:

Posing or phone consultation: 15 mins = $30 / 30 mins = $65 / 1-hour = $100
